Ben Rodman is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Chicago Union Cares and a co-owner of the Chicago Union.

He is a former investment banker and private equity investor. He has advised and invested in numerous middle-market companies over his career, from health care and consumer, to technology, industrial and business services.

Ben graduated from the University of Chicago and the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
